Well, we’re not that guild. But if you want chill vibes, zero drama, good banter, and a laid-back bunch of dudes and dudettes who enjoy pizza, beer, and the occasional smoke, this might be the place for you.
Our raids come with legendary puns, our Mythic+ runs come with questionable decisions, and whenever something goes horribly wrong, we’ll happily pretend it was part of the strategy or Zaks fault.
TONE: Adult Only, Relaxed, Normal (kind of).
AGE RANGE: From twenties to “I remember when talent trees were good” years old
EXPERIENCE: From Vanilla veterans to fresh faced new-comers. We’re a beautifully dysfunctional blend of experience, enthusiasm, and “I swear this worked in 2006.”
GOAL: We aren’t the fastest guild. We aren’t the sweatiest guild. We probably aren’t even the most organised guild. But we’re friendly, welcoming, and we believe WoW is infinitely more enjoyable when you’re playing with people who make you laugh rather than question your subscription.
RAIDING
The marmots play two raid teams depending on your skill level or how you enjoy the game. Both teams have consistently achieved AOTC since we formed in Shadowlands and we keep the atmosphere friendly and drama‑free.
Core Raid TeamSchedule: WED/THUR 20:30–23:00 ST.
VIBE: Focused, not furious where reliability matters more than logs and effort matters more than ego.
Typical cycle: 12weeks total. AOTC in ~6 weeks, then farm and optional mythic dabbling if we have the interest/numbers.
Casual Raid TeamSchedule: MON 20:30–23:00 ST.
VIBE: Laid-back, social raid team that values good vibes over sweaty parses. Perfect for alts, casual players, or anyone who’d rather share laughs than stress about rankings.
MYTHIC+
We love M+ and are fully committed to throwing ourselves into dungeons like we’ve learned absolutely nothing from the last run. Our roster covers every skill tier imaginable from “Is this the right entrance?” to seasoned KSM/KSH score‑gremlins who treat weekly affixes like a personal vendetta.
Keys happen daily, and we put on inclusive runs whenever we can so everyone can learn, practice, and laugh their way through the inevitable chaos. Zero pressure, maximum nonsense, and a safe space for anyone who accidentally pulls half the instance while “just peeking around the corner.”
Marmots Do More Than Kill Bosses
Marmots aren’t just here to commit scheduled violence against raid bosses. We level, we world‑quest, we hunt mounts/pets/toys like deranged collectors, we run dungeons and achievements, and we occasionally dabble in PvP when we feel like being mildly bullied by strangers. Our Discord is active, friendly, and full of people who play other games too.
