Hey!
Sounds like The Frozen Heart could be a good match for what you’re looking for. We’re a small, friendly guild with a casual approach to raiding while still aiming to clear Heroic each season.
We raid on weekends from 21:00 to 23:00 server time, and while quite a few of us enjoy running Mythic+, there are no M+ requirements for our raiders. Real life comes first and we mainly want people to enjoy playing and progressing together without turning the game into a second job.
Since you’re flexible on what you’d like to play, we’re currently particularly interested in adding an Elemental Shaman, BM/MM Hunter or Mage to our raid team for Season 2.

I’m Mist, the guild leader for Diagnosis Murloc on Twisting Nether, we’ve been together for about 10 years now and are a casual heroic/social guild.
We have members that do no mythic plus, and others that push for achievements every tier, there’s no requirement! We do run optional events each expansion for organised m0/m+ to help players who want to do them but don’t like pugging just to get them on the gear ladder and let them try out the content.
We also do optional raid achievement runs at the end of every tier.
We are looking for DPS ideally that on the odd occasion can off-tank or off-heal if one of our players is on holiday.
We don’t really have any major requirements, its more about the people than the performance - we will clear the raid, but we want to do it with people that are a good time!
We raid Monday and Thursday from 20:30- 23:30 ST

Risen From Ashes has a Casual Raid running Fridays 10pm-12am server time.
We run through Normal and Heroic with an aim to get AOTC, which we achieved last season with just 2 hours of raiding per week.
We may have a look at flex-Mythic or early Mythic bosses but this always depends on personal interest, so no pressure if you aren’t interested in this.

Hey, we are looking for a couple more dps to fill our 10man raid team for Season 2, we are a casual group of friends and family that play together, raid day is Monday evening for a couple of hours, the aim is to clear normal and then clear heroic and we manage that each season. Guild overview
A laid-back and fun guild with a real sense of community, we love having a blast, aiming for AOTC every patch. We’re a mature crowd, so 18+ only, please. We’re strictly heroic raiders, no mythic. No nastiness allowed. We’re talking no insults, no arguments, and definitely no harassing behaviour. Patience is key.
We run M+ groups when members are online. It’s a casual thing, no set groups. We just post it on Discord, and it’s first-come, first-served.
When we’re taking a breather from raiding, whether it’s the end of a tier or whenever folks need a break, we’ll kick back until the next tier starts. It gives us time to recharge and decide which class we want to play in the next adventure.
When you join
As a new raid member, we’d appreciate it if you could hop on our Discord server. That way, we can properly introduce you and let you say hi to everyone else. During your first two weeks, you’ll be on trial for raiding. It’s just to see how well you vibe with the other raiders and make sure you’re playing by the rules we’ve set. I run a guild on Silvermoon-EU.
It’s basically a guild where people come first. Loot, metas, all that stuff comes and goes, but we care more about the people you play with.
We’re not really looking for “just members” who log in, do their thing, and disappear again. It’s more like… if you’re here, we actually want you to feel part of the group. No pressure to be in voice every night or anything, but it’s nice if you hang out in chat, join events when you can, and just be part of the vibe.
Content-wise, there’s something for everyone. If you’re just starting out with Mythic+, that’s totally fine. If you’re already pushing higher keys, also great. People just help each other out and run stuff together, no matter the level.
On Thursdays we have a mythic+ night where people gather to fill the vaults and have a good time.
For raiding, we aim for AOTC each season in a pretty chill but focused way. And if the group is enjoying it and we’re ready for more, we’ll naturally step into Mythic progression together, but we don’t turn into some hardcore raid guild or anything.
We raid on Sunday, 19:30-22:30 ST.
At the end of the day, it’s just a place where people actually get to know each other and stick around because they enjoy the people, not just the game rewards.
