Sorry if I missed this somewhere, but are the EU servers currently down? If so for how long?

Maintenance today. It’s just for an hour.

It’s not realy a maintanance. It’s a just a restart. It takes about 15 minutes for servers to restart. And it happens every week tuesday/wednesday night between 3 and 4 am.
The information was on the launcher in the yellow box since Sunday about this.
Maintenance/Restart, same as every week.
