even us is laughing at us
I seriously have to ask: Who is carbot and what do they mean to the game?
If he/she is a streamer then Iām not interested in their opinion. I like to form my own opinion based on my game play.
Iāve never understood it either.
My father, my older brother and myself are all on the spectrum, diagnosed. We suspect my son is as well.
My father is an engineer who has built several historical aeroplanes almost 100% faithfully from salvaged scrap pieces he has repurposed and treated, and worked only from photographs of the aeroplanes in question, and these aeroplanes have been used to fly at local events at an airfield near my home town celebrating aerial military history.
My older brother is an architect who has designed countless different structural designs and is able to remember the dimensions, scales and individual details of every design he has ever worked on or collaborated on without needing to reference the blueprints.
Iām a lecturer and Iām able to generally speaking memorise the entire contents of a book or document Iāve read after one or two readings and then recall it when necessary. Iām particularly good at doing this for professional documents (as our HR department have found out during contractual discussions)
My son hasnāt yet started school and already shows incredible mathematical ability and is able to - from start to finish - explain (in his child like way) the general plot of any film he has seen from start to finish when asked about it, and has a very good memory for specific details such as exactly what was said in previous conversations, by who, in what order and what people were wearing or where they were standing.
And yet with each of us we all maintain healthy social lives, have partners and friends (well my son doesnāt have a partner yet haha) and at best most would say weāre āenthusiastic about our passions/workā or āa bit eccentricā as opposed to being socially incapable.
I find it massively ironic that the people who often use autistic as an insult online are often individuals whom seem utterly incapable of navigating a conversation with devolving into insults, or attacks, or generally displaying the complete lack of social skills or emotional nuance they are stereotyping autistic people for.
Not a streamer.
Just does short animation videos based on Blizzards IPās.
Very PC and wholesome. Even got Blizzards stamp of approval and allowed to use Blizzard game assets in videos and and their IP likeness for merchandise.
Assumingly with some percentage of profits going to Blizz.
Pretty much considered official Blizzard videos due to their āshillā and never critizing nature of their videos and often featured on website at blizzcon etc
That is until their latest couple of videos which painted Blizzard/World of Warcraft in a pretty bad light.
Thanks for the info. I really had not heard of them before.
