The everlasting boneforged greataxe is definitely bugged with respect to the Visectus. It’s simply not dropping, and the gate appears to be open most of the time (although resets with weekly reset) which seems odd. The scenario itself is time consuming, and the online guides imply it has a reasonably high drop chance, so it feels like a waste of time to be trying for something that doesnt feel is behaving correctly. The toy and cosmetic back have dropped in the meantime from the chest, but no axe.
