i have a human mage, 120lvl and i finished all achi and quest for the new race. My question is, if i want to go in horde with faction change, will I be able to choose zandalari troll? Or i need to lvl up 1 char in horde and do the all achi/quests in horde fraction too?

You don’t need to level up a horde character from level 1 to unlock Zandalari. However, you need to get all the achievements and do quests to unlock them. Simply faction changing will only convert the reputation required for one portion of all the requirements.

The question is can I choose Zandalari straight away when changing faction? Probably not.
Does it help if I will do all requirements on Horde alt first and then transfer ally main?
Yes if you’ve done all the requirements and unlocked the Zandalari Race.
Just like the previous Allied races basically.
