Falling down in forgotten reach and then DC all the time

I walked in a room where a rare was and i walked through a door/wall i guess.
Now i keep falling (outside of the map) and everytime i get a DC with code WOW52900319.
I cant use HS or teleport, getting instant DC when i log in.
It was in Froststone peak
