make sure the heartstone mobile app has the latest update .it should give the mount .also if it is your first time you can skip tutorial and go straight into the game .
Redownloaded it like 10 minutes ago and reopened it like 20 times. Nothing.

Desktop version is downloaded so its just restart it until i get it

I downloaded it an hour ago and got it. I also did the mercenary tutorial for the rat/mouse mount aswell while i was there, so thats also still available for those who didn’t do it yet.
