Hey, both of these quests are currently broken due to Tess Greymane vanishing from the hall of shadows. She used to sit around the table with the other rogue class hall NPCs and is no longer there.
Noticed a few days ago there was a hotfix so you couldn’t see two of her so I assume this has completed deleted her instead.
