Let me start off by saying I don’t want to write this post. In fact, I should not have to write this post. But I feel like I have to, because your inaction and failure to address the issue really worries me.
You HAVE to fix the queues.
There is a 3 to 4 hour queue every day. This is NOT okay.
Fix it.
We are your customers. We pay you to play this game, and currently we cannot.
You have to find a solution for this problem.
