I don’t mind an hour Q … you get home take a shower make some food then log in> turns into you come home login to Q then do your stuff,
but 3+ hours Q is just failure design Blizzard

You do see the irony in asking for layering to reduce the population in the world after most people transfered, started or stayed on Firemaw because they wanted to play on the server with the biggest population instead of a “ded realm”? And I’m pretty sure people who recently transfered to Firemaw had a warning and knew that the realm was “full” and that this situation with huge queues could happen?
And it’s not just about Corona, that’s pretty much a taste how the AQ event will look like on the megaservers, when literally every player of both factions wants to log in and get into Silithus in a pretty narrow time window to participate in the event or see the gates opening.

Blizzard don’t control what realm people play on. That’s up to the players to decide. You made the choice to play on Firemaw all by yourself.
Well they controlled originally. Originally you could only transfer to realms with lower populance then your startrealm even with paid transfer.
I’m trying to think of a name to call someone who transferred to an overfull realm on purpose. One that won’t get me banned that is.

I transferred in … it is done… and I didn’t hack my way into the server.
now I would like for Blizzard to offer us a solution for long Q problems, am even being so nice to offer paying for a transfer if they reset the CD on it to help my self and others .
unless you offering a time machine the “you shouldn’t/ you did wrong” is worthless.
Use Vanilla pop caps. Offer free transfers to smaller Realms. Stop allowing transfers to Firemaw. Players can then choose whether to play the game or be in a queue.

We dont need layering back at all. Free migration away from Firemaw (ignoring the transfer cooldown) and locking firemaw from new accounts is what we need.

It’s a bit quiet but we get raids gone; can only speak for Protocol-we manage to get 40 ppl to get to BWL each week. About 50% of the original members from the first 3 months remain, the rest is new recruits.
Cthunfriends doesnt exist anymore, WPT does, and Ballers dunno.
Why would you transfer to a full server that already had queues? Literally 10 other servers that are high pop you could go to… You have no right to be here complaining because you are a big part of the problem.
STOP all trasf. for horde players into Firemaw.
