How and when should you use Fist of the white tiger?
seems like all the top players are using it over Ascension

it grants 2 chi, so you want to use it to get off a rising sun kick or a quick fists of fury
3 chi, but yes, as an opener is the perfect use, then you have a choice of RSK or FoF.
It’s not there for the dps so much as being a better chi generator than Tiger Palm.
That said, it is generally upheld that if you’re having problems with resource management, Ascension is not that much of a decrease in potential. It’s unlikely that you will make or break your game by this talent choice
