Since protection talents are actually viable right now, the nerf to Hammer of the Righteous doesn’t make sense. We already lose 25% damage from not having Sanctity Aura and Vengeance since we were forced to play retribution talents as protection. On top of that, reducing the damage by 50% on Hammer of the Righteous means a total 75% damage nerf. If we bring it back as it was, it will hit for 300 damage without Sanctity Aura and Vengeance (since we play protection now). Maybe reduce the damage to 3x to the AoE targets and keep 4x for the main target, because right now, this damage is absurd at 152 per hit. -.- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h8vTnl6jxdE
Good suggestion, and whilst we are on the topic of Paladin, lets change back AoW rune, possibly make it a chest rune, change back SoM and stop forcing ret Paladins to twist.

I’ve read this somewhere and I think it’s a really good suggestion.
-remove the nerf on Art of War and move it to the Chest Rune slot forcing people to choose between Divine Storm or Art of War, that way allowing both playstyles to exist
(with their own limitations like weapons in the case of the exo spam one)
Yes, that was the suggestion made on one of my threads. Its a good idea that can settle both sides.
