Having 28% mastery means Echo of LIghts should heal after a successful 195 K Greater Heal for 0,28*195 k = 54 K and not only for 14 K.

It’s nothing for customer support (on the forum) either, just press [Escape] ingame, followed by [Help] and [Report/submit Bug].

I’ve been reporting far more severe bugs about arms warrior to no avail, doubt they’d fix yours.
I just check it, it works fine for me.

It doesnt work for me . Check for example this https://postimg.cc/y3dDNwrp . Greater heal + Serenity = 601 K. So, Echo of lights should heal at least 601 * 0,28 = 168 K. However it heals as it seems only for 72K. And you can check my profile Alloktonos i have 28% mastery
If u click on mastery healing, how much overhealing does it do?
