Flight bugged in Vol'mar Hold

So I have been able to replicate this bug a couple of times and created a video to show it. https://youtu.be/NSK4RD73Ap4
The only fix is logging in and out, luckily for me there is an inn, close by, not game breaking but just a little inconveniant as I wear glasses and sometimes I fly into things.

Bugs must be reported in game.

EU forums do not have a bug-reporting sub-fora, and forum staff will not forward bugs on behalf of players. Not because they don’t want to, but because management doesn’t allow them to (probably).
