Forest’s Flow is only correctly extending hots if rejuv is on the target. If lifebloom, regrowth, or wild growth are present and rejuv is not, none of the other hots will get extended by nourish. The talent works correctly if the target has rejuv.

Same as [Verdant Heart] works only if you have Barkskin on. And it should work with enraged regen too, since regen is healing as well.
