Over all the game is in a chronic state pvp wise. Ill see you all in 2 months when everything is available for all classes. Worse season this expac by a landslide I know its early days but majority of players couldnt care less. You release season 3 and its this unbalanced? nah cba to play anything just gunna wait and come back when things level out.

Yeah, the whole point was this:
deflation ruins the pacing of ranking up and makes the first 3 months of the season look nothing like the last 3 months of the season. The people who suffer from this are mostly middle and lower skill players, but at the same time high rated players are denied the ability to climb. I argued that this was a toxic environment and is actively killing participation every single season. You should be able to log in day 1 and play for 12 hours as an AWC player and get 2500+ rating. You canât, for literally no reason.
So instead everyone is trapped around 1800-2000 MMR. Earlier I played into for example, these 3 guys in 1 lobby + a 2400-ish this expansion DH and a hpala. I went 0-6. Would I have went 0-6 if these guys were actual 1900 MMR players? Probably not. The lobby after that I went 5-1

but why is this lobby a thing? why do we need a soft MMR reset then a cap every season? This guy, and the 3 gladiators above, will be 2500+ by the end of the season, yet theyâre locked at low MMR + rating for ZERO reason, and it makes the game unreasonably difficult for the typical player at 1800-2000 mmr.
