hello i have upraded my pc recently beacuse i was getting performance problems but i seem to still have fps drops and jump alot of the times especcaly in raid 20 - 30 man my task manager says everything is below 20% in use i currently have
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti
32gb ram
650w
and its on a ssd drive
i have 5 graghics settings
