FIX the Freezing Winds bug already!
It’s been in the game since SL…
Upon exparation off ONE Frozen Orb, the freezing winds buff disspears. Eventhough we can have MULTIPLE Orb’s running!
This disables our Fof generation and also our IV uptime gets destroyed.
This is a game breaking bug!
PLEASE FIX!
