Frenzyband - Feral - how does it work?

If I use two Shreds during Berserk back to back, is the bleed effect from the first one lost and therefore I gained only 1/8th of the effect on the first shred?

What if I use Rake and Shred? Does it apply same debuff?

Or does the damage add together like with Spriests disease?
