Or perhaps he is way more active in chat than you and is at risk of systematic discrimination because he’s proactive character. You know it’s easy to not get silenced when you’re a boring player who only farms toys and mounts.

I’ve literally been playing stupid in icecrown chat when I’ve been doing rares.
“WHERE IS NEXT SPAWN?”
“PLS NEXT SPAWN?”
“WHERE IS BOSS?”
“WHY CANT I ATTACK BOSS??? HE’S BUGGED??”
etc.
No silence. Every time there’s been a spawn and I’m in the zone, I’ve done that.

Everyone is spamming in chat, especially when it moves fast because of high population. Just admit you’re wrong you Blizzard pet and move on.

6/10 of my friends are. So it’s not a singular issue. Clearly nice girls like you who collect pets won’t get in trouble because you keep a low profile.

If u got 1 week silence, didn’t break rules for 5 years and then u got silence again it’ll be 2 weeks.
Ill teach a secret tho. When u get silenced u can make a new bnet that u’ll use purely for chatting with bnet friends while using ur real bnet for gaming
