Frost DK Obliteration Legendary worth it?

Dear all,

As you all have known, Frost DK’s (thanks to Blizzard) are “balanced”. So Blizz forces us to do BoS. But I don’t like that BoS thing. So my question is, IS it worth to pay 5k Soul Ashes to build the Legendary (Shoulder) to increase 10% damage for Obliteration (Koltira’s Favor)?

Or should I aim for something else to do much DPS (preferably Frost) or maybe Unholy?

I aim for Single Target DPS.

I am hesitating and thinking to build Koltira’s Favor or not to build.

Koltiras is the best single target legendary for any build. If you plan to raid with frost, I’d def pick it up.
