I have found a game breaking bug that needs to be hotfixed immediately but I worry that making a normal bug report will not reach developers fast enough. Is there a way to contact a game master directly?
No, the only way is to make a bug report ingame. Everyone thinks their bug is the most important.
Maybe you should mention it as people may have a work around.

For most issues the normal Bug Report process would be the best way to let us know.
