Hi
Since a short time I have this weird issue that everything in the game freezes, but the chat still works. I can move around tho, but everyone else is frozen and other people tell, that i walk on the spot.
Sometimes it lasts for 3 Seconds, sometimes I need to alt+f4 and restart the game because it wont come back.
I ran a couple of Windows MRT but cant see any irregulations.
The issue is mainly occurring when I’m in a Dungeon/Raid.
Could it be an issue of my ISP?
What do I need to tell them?

Help please, I cabt play the game 
I have same issue. I have to alt +F4 to restart the game, close it down normally to enter with character, otherwise I will get a world server down after 1 min of logging in on the character.
