Greetings there ; My warrior character has been irreversibly malfunctioned by game master and now it’s flagged for Shadowlands despite never purchased the expansion … My Battle for Azeroth mission report button is gone form minimap and can’t receive notifications about mission progress in real time anymore … Have been contacting the Blizzard staff for last two weeks for naught … They answer that they can’t unflag my character nor pay me recompensation for inconvenience they caused nor upgrade my account to Shadowlands …
This is ridiculous … What other methods left to bring justice to my case ?? Should have contact lawyer or what ??

I’m sorry to hear something appears to have happened that inconvenienced you. However, the forums are neither a shortcut for, nor a way to directly resolve an in-game issue. It sounds like you’ve already been in touch with our Game Masters and I recommend you reopen your existing ticket if you still experience an issue that you believe they can solve for you.
