Hello. I’ve recently reinstalled windows (7) and bought bigger monitor, the problem is that I’m playing at very low fps (15-40), is it due to big monitor and old graphic card ( Vidia 9800GT) or? And yeah, I’ve installed graphic card driver.

If your new monitor has higher resolution then yes, it would be because of the new monitor. You can try reducing graphics settings or rendering scale and see if that helps.

Also don’t forget, the 9800 is way below the minimum requirements for BFA.

Heya,
A lot of things can cause performance issues, from the in-game settings to driver or hardware issues. Have a look into the World of Warcraft Performance Issues Support article for more information on that, and suggested steps to try and improve performance. Do note that as mentioned, the video card you mentioned is not supported.
