Itâs hard to eat breakfast. At least soon after getting up. I have no appetite unless itâs something warm and/or salty.
I donât think coffee counts.
Coffee is more like, air.
Itâs an essential need that must be satisfied, depriving oneâs self from coffee is the same as putting them in vacuum.
Therefor drinking coffee and having coffee in oneâs system is a natural state, not a daily life situation one might find themselves in.
Coffee counts for everything! Agree with the rest what you said though, but the fact is you can replace any part of your diet with coffee and you end up with better diet. Better life. Better world!
