Gear missing!

Reported a bug few weeks ago and it still didn’t get fixed.

Basically the Helm/Shoulder/Chest transmog from PVP is still missing on my warrior, what exactly do I have to do in order to get them on it?

I have done arenas on this character and after I got the required rating, I had my pieces w/o any issues, but warrior still lacks them, please add it somehow.

If some of your gear has gone missing, please contact Support directly to have that looked into. That is not something we can verify here on the forum.
