I've noticed that for some reason I'm not as interested into the alliance allied races as I am into the horde ones for some reason. That's especially wierd, since I've been an Alliancelliance person for as long as I can remember.
So I gave it some thought and came to the conclusion that the Alliance allied races's backstories so far are heavily influenced by their racial characteristics. (eg. Stereotypical Righteous Lightforged, Always fire shaman D.I. Dwarf) when in comparison, the horde allied races had way more time to develop cultures in which a wide array of different characters can shine.
So yeah, horde are definitely winning allied races so far imo.
Mogu and Sethrak 4 allians plz.
Honestly? I don't even know what's going on anymore. I just live here by this point.
So today I found out that the Darkshore PTR does not give the Night Warrior customisation to DHs or DKs. Am feeling rather cheated at the moment. I get the lore consistency but the -very- selective application vexes me greatly.
Well I mean, it's not like blood elves got the golden eyes on DHs and DKs either, this was rather to be expected.

Meh.
Guess my rerolling to Sparkle Goat Tank Pally couldn't have come at a better time then.
<- is still a diehard nelf fangirl
Man, Rainblood's comments on any thread are such a wild ride. I honestly wouldn't know how to respond to any of them.
With casual dismissiveness. He's clearly not here to RP, talking about things like "your level" and "pve and pvp achievements". So just don't play ball with it and respond to the person his inane nonsense effectively skipped.

Yeah, I'm kinda just waiting for the next expansion.

I really have absolutely no idea why you expected, or even wanted this.

And this.
Araphant actually located a post they made on their main in the story forum where they weren't typing like they do with faux IC posts, so it is textbook trolling.

Gotta say, I was surprised to find a semi-coherent post. But yah, from now on, SKIP seems to be a good option.

Gameplay purposes and appearances. There is a wowhead dressing room for this appearance which does have the Nightwarrior skin and eye colour for DHs and DKs. I rather liked the combination of bright blue and dark green in the latter's case.
So you wanted your Death Knight to not look like a Death Knight?
On the contrary, it made for a very chilling and spooky DK. More than the current skin tones. I like my DK being a DK, Elyssa OTOH does not.

DKs aren't getting spooky eyes for Spooktober. Feelsbadman.

World of Fashioncraft is the best game. <3
On that note, we really need more fish-based weaponry.

Dream diary part 46: The road to nowhere leads to Dis.
A young woman and her dad are dead. The afterlife isn't what they expected. They walk in a seemingly endless line for some sort of processing while various reminders of a demanding deity flash by in the form of scripture verses resembling nothing known to man except their format. All as if to hammer in the point of how humans got it all wrong.
Some manner of being (an angel?) shows up to adress the lengthy line while clearly flustered and embarrassed. It wasn't supposed to be this way but the influx of souls due to events on Earth (war, accidents, obesity) is such that there's an overwhelming backlog and with apologies, the situation will be remedied soon!
Father and daughter walk slowly along the line for what seems like an eternity until the line branches off like splitting train tracks that lead to various stations. Slowly, they make their way to their destination and wander off, happy to be free from that whole process.
They find themselves in what looks like the run down dirty part of a huge city. The people there seem to be normal. Happy, even but for the fact that they all have horns! No, this isn't Hell, they're told. No such thing exists but they're free to stay here.
This event is treated like a test and they must choose to move on with the condition that they're honest with each other. Honesty cleanses and bares the truth and so they can proceed together. The daughter goes first, admitting that she didn't care for some minor thing her father did.
For whatever reason, the weight of the "lie" of keeping silent about that until now so as not to hurt dad's feelings is treated as something so much worse. They were honest with each other but for that one thing and the nature of this test amplifies the hurt and negative reaction so as to further test them.
The father, reacting like a hurt child, claims he doesn't want to be friends anymore which in turn devastates the daughter in spite of its silliness. On some level they're aware that it's still a test, that they're almost done and that any number of additional tests await them on their way so as to "clean" them in preparation of their final destination.
The daughter won't have any of it. If this is the afterlife, being hurt and tormented by sadistic emotional trials that won't even let them react as they otherwise would, why bother? She walks off and sits down on a bench in the endless city, quickly growing horns. Her decision has been made. She is content.

Curses! You've revealed one of our numerous secret languages!
Morning.
Wish I could say that my own dreams were anything like as coherent as yours. Mine are only vivid when I'm really tired and are usually also absolutely guano-insane.
Saturday night had a dream where I got lost while walking in the country, and wound up trying to find my drunk deadbeat uncle (Don't have such an uncle IRL, but dream logic) to escape from the cannibal town I waljed into because I stayed past sundown.
Ended up hiding on a train, but it wasn't moving. Found Samuel L Jackson sat in First-Class and tried to get a fistbump off him because all the other times I'd seen him, I'd been unable to get his autograph.
Then I took a boat to London and eventually wound up in my original hometown. Then made my way from there on foot to go see my parents in a nearby village with the help of one of my coworkers.
That's a mild example...
