It seems to be Internet lag, not frame rate lag. I’m not lagging on Discord and my speedtest results are good, but I keep getting 3-5 second freezes where everyone runs on the spot and then it goes back to normal. I’ve tried restarting my router, game and updating all addons.
Same issue here i can literally play any other game at the same time with stable ms but wow has been unplayable for the past few days getting 3second lag spikes everywhere at any day time with world ms peaking 200.
Same here. Last couple of days it’s unplayable. Every 5-10 seconds I get a 3 sec lag. All the time. Latency is under 100 both home and world. All other things work great (TV, internet, other games). I tried the graphic trick, didn’t work. Set up latest gfx drivers, nothing. Set up drivers from several months ago, nothing changed.
These kinds of posts are popping up all the time WITH NO BLIZZARD RESPONSE.
BLIZZARD, I’M PAYING FOR THIS GAME AND YOUR PART OF THE CONTRACT IS TO TAKE CARE OF IT. DO YOUR JOB DANGIT.
Edit: plenty of people sending their WinMTR parses, again with no response or with just a “yeah we see some packets missing hey guy look over there while I change the subject”. This is unacceptable. As a service provider you need to acknowledge the problem and give us an alternative or a choice to get out of this 1 month contract (with you returning our money back!) as you didn’t provide your part of the agreement.

It does point to potential issues on your ISP’s end, some of the packetloss is very much on their end from all three blocks there.
While it would be an idea to contact them to see what’s up, please do try our troublehsooting steps here.
@Dinamo Unfortunately the WinMTR tests are showing the packet losses are happening on network nodes outside of our control. We can only look into issues directly on the servers. Any issues outside of the servers, on the many nodes between a player’s computer and our servers, are sadly beyond our ability to influence. This is why we suggest players contact their ISPs to help diagnose wider network problems.
Hi, I have the same problem … game dropping latency. At start 40-80 and rises to 200-500. I always had max 30. Today I tried all the tips of the blizzard. Half my guild has a similar problem in raid. I pay you and this problem lasts 1 week … This is not just my problem, but something bigger, fix it finally. Sry for my english.
im having the same problem its only on one of the ips tho but i lost quite a bit in a timeframe of like 5-10 seconds where it just jammed up completely here is my winmtr
