GIFT for Cousin

Hello dear Blizzard…
Today i bought a GAMETIME/Subscription Gift for my cousin (1month)
but he can use it on EU server only on US and he cant change it to EU… we was trying to do for hour but still no succes… AnyIdea how to use it or ? (you also cant answear his ticket after hour and forum is locked if you dont have gametime) Pls answear this ASAP and i will <3 you.

As you’ve experienced, regions can only apply keys that are fixed at their own region such as EU to EU, US to US.

There’s a queue for tickets, but they’re worked on 24/7. However you’ll have to create a ticket and not your cousin.

For the forums, you do not need gametime to post at Customer/Technical support or New/Returning players.

We want play today if its possible because we are bit hyped and you know how it works… longer you wait less you wanna play :confused:

EDIT : OH MY GOD… whole website is so complicated i cant find what i want for long time and when i find it i also need to look for samething else. I want simply refound this. I did that but it failed … it told me to send ticket but i cant find that ticket what i send so i send another and also whole web is complicated support idk if they sleep or what but this really sucks. Also i dont really know why it always send me to us.forums.blizzard.com instead of eu.forums… only this website always do this. Pls if is here anyone from GAMEMASTER or you know … message me or samething like that.

At the bottom of this page, next to a world globe you can set your preferences. That should fix the forums part.

Gamemasters do not work on the forums, and they will not iniate a chat with you. You’ll have to contact them through the support channels.

It looks like this has since been resolved through a ticket. As Saneko mentioned, make sure you are on the European store when purchasing gametime intended for the European region.

Well it was maybe 3months or more after this happend and did everything and problem was solved… well it should … i didnt got money back to account and it was refounded … that guy told us that now we should just wait … gj

The US region based purchased was refunded back in January. Please check with your bank directly if you have trouble spotting the refund on your account.
