Have they changed crest trading ? Because I can swear that I was able to buy gilded crests after I reached ilvl 619 but i cant buy them anymore.
that is runed crests you can buy after 619
You can indeed by 15 gilded crests for the cost of 90 runed crests once all your items are 619 or higher.
You need a second 619 trinket, even if you dont actually equip or use it.
