Hey there, returning player here.
I spent ridiculous amount of time on this one. I’m missing one item called Warning Sign for this achievement. When I look for the item info on Wowhead, it doesn’t run on retail (turns the page back to MoP). When I look for the drop info of Jakur of Ordon, my achievement addon doesn’t prove me that he still drops it. Anybody knows exactly if this item still lootable? Thanks in advance.

which is Retail, not Mists, (you can switch between at the top lime of that page)
the drop rate from Jakur is 1.1%
The item still drops. Go at he area above the frogs (firewalker ruins) before passing the bridge and kill everything. I hope it will drop soon.

I finished this acheivement just a few weeks ago. The warning sign does definitely drop, but it seems to be one of the worst drop rates from what I can tell. I think it was the last item (or second last) I needed for the acheivement. There was also another guy doing the acheivement at the same time as me, who also needed this as his final drop. So like I said, it does drop, but for whatever reason it seems to quite often be one of the hardest ones to acquire.
