My game says my graphic card is outdated, but when i check it says up to date
Whats the exact message it gives you?
Is your computer up to date, Windows, Drivers etc
What’s your GPU? They either found a new driver or got a false positive that there is a driver update - either way just play the game. If actually there is a new driver - install it 
Or he has an Intel CPU and not disabled the iGPU in the BIOS, which could make WoW detect it and give the warning if he hasn’t updated the Intel driver in a while.
Possible, but still would no prevent from playing and loading the game would give terrible performance - quite visible.
Well no, just because it detects another GPU does not mean it’s using it.
Some people already posted about this “error”.
They updated their Intel UHD driver and it was gone.
