Grounding Totem Baseline spell for all Shamans

I don’t see the sense of waste 1 PvP Talent to play with the best spell baseline from Shaman, we are missing another options to survive/burst.

We want similar as Reflect with warrior, before was a PvP Talent, now is baseline spell.

It is that possible? We need more slots in PvP Talents.

(Also, RoL for Enha, should be a normal passive)

100% true.
We also need much more defense.
I am hoping in some shaman rework in 10.0.5!
