Ok, here is what is happening. I tried to form a guild with two friends of mine. I bought the charter for 10s and tried to get the needed signatures.
First thing happening. The guild charter was empty. Not showing a name of the guild or signatures. So, I threw the charter away, bought a new one.
This time it showed the name and the 4 missing signatures.
Now I target my friend and “request signature” and nothing happens. We made sure he hasn’t blocked guild invites.

Same issue here. Got two signatures, then attempted the third and the person says he was clicking on the option to sign and nothing was happening. Now when I right click the charter nothing happens. Tried all the suggested fixes but it’s just broken.

The people trying to sign were all on the same realm as the guild charter character?

We tried it with same realmpool and same realm with the same outcome.
