Raid days: Thursday/Sunday 20:00-23:00 server time
(Wednesdays are possibly going to be brought in to clear farm bosses instead of extending as we want as much time on prog as possible)

Rdps- mid/high prio depending on class
High Five is restructuring slightly in the way we go about achieving cutting edge. We have had no issues getting CE in previous tiers and see no problem in continuing to achieve this. What we have noticed is that the atmosphere had changed recently and not for the better, so we have set out to fix this before it becomes a problem.
What does this mean for you? We are putting a priority back on raiding with a positive attitude and mutual respect. This means not having people rage because you made a mistake and in turn not raging at someone that screwed up. We all make mistakes, wait until the end of the pull and bring it up in a constructive manner and things tend to go a lot smoother than just calling someone out mid pull.
The officer team value player input not just for raiding but also for the direction of the guild in general, so they are going to make time each week to handle and questions or suggestions the raid team has for the current progress boss and for any concerns issues they notice within the guild. We believe that reducing the gap between officers and raiders means that everyone feels included and that it is THEIR raid team.
We are looking to extend soon to push CE and as such we do have a gear requirement in mind of around 410ilvl and 43 neck however if you feel you would be the right fit for the guild we can ofc make exceptions as player attitude and skill are more important than ilvl. (We can gear people through m+ and reclear farm raids for the right person)
