You should apply if:
•You want to progress at a high level with far fewer hours than most high end raiding guilds.
•You want to be part of a community of people that you enjoy being around.
•You enjoy putting in hours outside of raid learning fights and watching videos.
•You are internally motivated to actively improve your gameplay and be atop of your class.
•You are fully prepared and focused during raid time.
•You don’t enjoy “log-mentality”. Aka bad players with bad mechanics standing in fire to up their shiny dps numbers
•You understand that your dps/hps output matters less than mechanical prowess & consistency.
