A focused, cooperative & mature attitude.
Ability to play your class well with a drive to optimise + improve.
Good preparation : Consumables, Tactics, Spec knowledge each fight.
Knowledge of tactics / class tips each fight.
An understanding that execution of mechanics is priority above DPS.
An ability and willingness to communicate on discord.
90%+ attendance with absences communicated.
