šŸ— [H] Guild is looking for new recruits

Good day/night to you. Now is the time for me to share my vision and announce a search for those whoā€™d want to join! Even if we get just one new recruit it means this was a fruitful venture.

:pushpin: Who we are:

An International guild of friends and brothers in arms of WoW. Some of us met each other for the first time while playing this game, some during business contacts, some in University, and some knew each other even since school. A part of our roster started their journey in WoW from American region (before official release of EU servers). And some of us will be making their first steps discovering Classic. Almost everyone in our guild already knows each other IRL and/or plays together. We want to enjoy the game, enjoy our company and donā€™t want to turn fun into a boring ā€˜daily grindā€™ job. We value friendly atmosphere and patience.

:pushpin: We are looking for:

First of all, weā€™re looking for people, not for classes and specs. Itā€™s good if you act appropriate (at least sometimes ). English of our guildmembers is not perfect by any means, because itā€™s a second language for most of us. But itā€™s at a high enough level to let us understand each other, manage activities, do efficient raidleading and for roleplaying purposes. Hopefully, you wonā€™t blame us for our mediocre grammar level (weā€™re trying to improve it fast). Weā€™d like to fight side by side with stress-resistant guildmates who are able to respect different points of view, who share our values (described below), who want to try to become a part of our community.

:pushpin: Why English RP-PvP:

10-15% of the guild can speak both Russian and English at least at an average level. RP-PvP is our favourite type of server and we have the only one in Europe. We also have plans to produce fiction videos. We have a few talented and professional writers and voiceover talents. For you itā€™s an opportunity to participate in action and take part in production to save your memories of Classicā€™s relaunch for years.
:exclamation:We wonā€™t use Russian in groups if there is at least 1 English speaker, same for guildchat. All other channels are English only.:exclamation:

:pushpin: How much hardcore:

Weā€™re standing somewhere in between casual and semi-harcore style. We donā€™t rush to dominate the server, but play for enjoyment. We donā€™t force you to level-up faster than your own tempo, and donā€™t force you to take part in all guild activities. Sign up for events you want to visit and as often as you prefer. No penalties for skipping raids and other events if you arenā€™t signed up for them. We have experienced players in PvE and in PvP. There is no goal for the veterans to rush the past achievements once again. Their goal is to build up conditions where newcomers can discover Classic WoW and all of itā€™s possibilities, without forcing what spec/talents/profs you should play, and instead provide detailed explanations of the pros and cons of your choice . We wish to bring out the highest potential of any newcomer and increase his/her skill to the to the level, according to the playerā€™s decision for character talents. Even if it is an unusual choice.

:pushpin: Guild events:

We are convinced that fixated on one aspect of the game, it gets bored much faster and leads to burning out and turning the game into a routine, or to a quick(relatively) achievement of the result and loss of interest. We try to cover all possible aspects of the game as much as possible - role-playing events, raids, organized PvP, duel club, intellectual contests, communication, joint quests and dungeon trips, creative competitions. Focus CAN and WILL be shifted, depending on the mood and preferences of the majority of participants. But none of the types of events will not remain abandoned for too long. Yes, it is time and energy-consuming for the organizers, but there is also time and desire. The task is to ensure ordinary members of the Guild in a variety of ways to have fun in the game, and you have to decide what is closer to you especially and more interesting. Perhaps you will discover new sides of the familiar and beloved game, trying to go to a duel club, practice PvP or quality role-playing adventure (without the lewdness in taverns or the overthrow of the titans).

:pushpin: Loot system in raids:

Normal roll via master loot. Main spec is prioritized over offspec (meaning a situation of redistribution of talent). We are aware of all the disadvantages of this approach: it is impossible to plan individual timing of getting personal loot, it impedes the progress of the guild in some cases. But the pros outweigh the cons. We rejoice after the upgrade of every guild member as our own. CL rolls on equal rights with member, who came to us 1 day ago, because we do believe that everyone is equal. We do not want to raid with those who play for personal progress of the character, perceiving the rest of the guild as a necessity for obtaining his own profit.
Why it is not DKP: within the same RaidID people do the same work, limited only by the capabilities of the character and their own skill. Previous trips to the raids under the guild tag does not affect the chances of better drop next week on mastered content. Sometimes players purposely avoid raiding, waiting until a competitor for the right thing will merge your DKP.
Why it is not EPGP: itā€™s too subjective. The price tag for each item can be edited in the addon.
Why it is not Council Loot: this system is suitable for only formed raid statics, which are playing for a long period of time in one certain composition (with replacements), or professional guilds, focused on being the first on server/world. If the guild announces Loot Consul, but there are 10-20 people from the core, they always, in 100% of cases, roll into the abusing of newcomers in their favor to some extent. Consciously or not, they will find thousands of reasons why they are wearing the core instead of the active player who came a month ago. Very rarely someone CAN dispassionately distribute loot. But even in this case, others should trust this man, or even the most equitable dispenser with a transparent system will be subjected to criticism and dissatisfaction, all of this leads to guild dramas.

:pushpin: Raid organization:

1-2 raids per week, not more, not to get tired . First priority on a slot in the raid is for those who have attended a minimum set of alchemy stuff. We do not require you to come with expensive flasks or off-season fish all the time, and to farm as a peon outside the raids. But you must buy some cheap elementary consumables and potions (within 25 gold) that any player can afford at maximum level. The second priority on slots in raid is for those who signed up for raid previously. That means, if we have two slots for off-tank this Sunday, and thereā€™s three members who desire, these two slots are for 2 who signed up earlier and the 3rd one remains on the replacement.

:pushpin: Specs requirements:

We care about your personalities, not what you play. There are no restrictions on specs, you are free to play with what you want. The main thing - try to squeeze the most out of your character as you can. We have experience of the passing through the Zul-Gurub (classic version, means ACTUAL CLASSIC), without overgear, with MT-paladin (played for the Alliance) and raiding with two boomies, cat and MT-bear and three retpallies in BWL. We are convinced that most raids can be passed with almost any setup (on YouTube there is even a video about Molten Core with 34 hunters in actual Classic). And in the organized PVP, the key factor is individual skill and coordination. Of course, we also welcome traditional versions of classes. To defeat the bosses with unusual setups and to come up with new tactics - this is our challenge and our tryhard (to a greater extent this is a masochism to the RL, but it is more important for him that the players do not infringe on the freedom of choice). We do not care about the timing of killing bosses, it is important for us that people feel comfortable in the game.

Thank you for reading this long post to the very end. To be honest - hereā€™s probably not the place to be THE FIRST ON THE SERVER, you will not equip the epics before the tops. However, for sure you will have the opportunity to feel the game in all its manifestations, to discover new facets of classes and to find reliable friends. Please do not throw tomatoes, if your plans for the start of Classic and ideas about the guild are too much different from the reading. To each his own. It will be very cool if not only beginners of classic, who are interested to try smith new, will respond, but also skilled players whoā€™ll be able to see a certain challenge to their skills and opportunity to show creativity. If you want to join us, do not hesitate to knock to

I joined the guild right before classic launched. Its nice and relaxed, but it gets things done. I want to experience the game without rushing and without childish drama. If you are like me, it could be a guild for you too.

The members are from different parts of the world. IĀ“m from Sweden.

Iā€™m one of the guildā€™s veterans. Community is mature, friendly and relaxed, all specs and builds are welcomed. If you want to have pleasure from game without a rush, challenge yourself with nontypical dungeon and raid roster (weā€™re ok with popular metabuilds, weā€™re just minmaxing for sharing experience, not for making someone play certain way), then it might be the guild youā€™re looking for.

In this guild for a really long time. Really good community and many interesting events. For my opinion, if you want play World of Warcraft like a really RPG game, this is good place for you.

Transfered here from a very competitive guild on Shazzrah after complete burnout and several monthsā€˜ break from the game, fell in love with WoW again, and have been having a blast since.

The core of the guild are very friendly and helpful people, and maintain drama- and stress-free environment.
This is not a competitive progression guild, and probably will never be, but if youā€™re looking to be able to play in your own pace and style, in good company, and are interested in a healthy mix of different activities - this might be a place for you.
