What we expect:

Close to 100% attendance - We do understand that real life comes before raiding, but please remember that 19 other people rely on you showing up.

Proper preparation before raid start (tactics, consumables, class build(s))

Independent class research for every tier; keep on top of changes, to maximize output.

Ability to learn; Overcome and adapt - Mistakes will be made, wipes will be had, however, we do expect that improvements are made.

Being able to handle non-PC subjects and a harsh tone at times.

What we can offer you:

A dedicated raiding team.

Players with the same mindset as you, progression while having fun.

An active guild who are always up for a laugh (especially swapblasting the GM)

Raiders who are passionate about clearing current content.

A fun raiding atmosphere, without it being disruptive towards progress. - We also hang out outside of raid hours and/or across different games.

Discord server as our primary way of communicating, as well as a place to hang out outside of raids with your fellow raiders (and friends!).
How do I pass trial?
Your trial lasts for two weeks (or 4 raids). We look at the following:

Performance, and perhaps increase of this throughout your trial period.

Attendance and activity in general during trial period.

Social integration - do you fit in socially with the rest of the team?
Under special circumstances, we can choose to either accept you as a raider, extend or terminate your trial before it is over. This is a rare occurrence, and should not be expected.
Raids Times:
Wednesday & Sunday 19:30 - 22:30 (Realm Time)
Additionally we have Tuesdays as an extra raid day for the first few weeks of a new raiding tier. after these weeks tuesdays become optional heroic runs.
