I am ilvl 241 guardian druid looking for semi hardcore raiding guild. I am still currently playing alliance but looking for guild on horde side so can transfer. Lately have been more focused on doing keys (rio 2.1k) than raiding but in start of the patch did some raiding and got 7/10nm SOD plus 1/10hc SOD which I did bit later in the patch. Previous patch 9/10hc CN as a tank and 10/10 hc CN as a dps.
I am looking for guild where I can continue pushing keys but also could get my toes tipped in hc raiding possibly intrested doing mythic raiding later but at the moment I think heroic would be good place to start with getting back into raiding.
Non toxic but at the same time focused enviroment is very important for me. Its okey during trash fights have some banter or jokes but during boss fights I am all business and dont really like to have anything else than necessary call outs. Even though I appreciate friendly atmosphere I do understand that sometimes constructive critism is needed for players to be able to grow in their role.
Currently I can not raid Monday or Tuesday but that can change in mid December. Any other day is doable at the moment. I would prefer to raid max twice a week no later than 10pm although I can be bit flexible with a time.
