About
Healer problem was founded at the end of BFA.
We are well established mythic raiding guild with developed supportive and friendly social community. Most of our members are 30+ yo with jobs, families, kids, and rational sets of mind. Despite all the difficulties the game throws at all guilds these days, we stay afloat. Our team of officers is working hard and succeeds in providing regular raids to our raiders. We are looking to get as far as possible with the resources we have, and without stress and quarrel.
We offer
For those joining us we offer a mature, fun and caring, yet focused during raids environment, with respect to real life responsibilities, mutual respect, and stripped of drama and toxicity. Our raiders who have a will to improve their gameplay are provided with advice and guidance from seasoned raid-leaders. Returning and new to game or class players receive an opportunity to catch up with the content quick, practice their skill and learn encounters in a chilled environment of our social raids. Our social members enjoy lively community, m+ activity, social interaction in-game and on our discord channel.
Our goals and plans
We are NOT aiming for CE or hitting top tables each tier by any means. Our goal is to build a raid community with dedicated core which can do it without stress and burnout, while having fun and staying together for next content patch. We aspire to have consistent regular raids, without stopping to the end of tier or expansion. We position ourselves as semi-hardcore 2-day mythic raiding guild.
Activities
- strict and focused progression mythic raiding (application required);
- normal/heroic social raiding with relaxed and laid-back environment and loose obligations (free for all);
- vanity content: achievement, mount, t-mog runs (free for all);
- M+ everyday: you will always be able to find a companion for any level of m+ difficulty (free for all).
Schedule
Progression raid:
- Wednesday, 20.00-23.00 ST;
- Thursday, 20.00-23.00 ST.
Casual raid
- Monday, 20.00-23.00 ST.
Recruitment
We are always on lookout for active social members and reliable and skillful players for our mythic team. We accept x-realm trial when it is possible. Check for opened spots below. If you do not find your class, feel free to apply anyway, we are always ready to consider exceptional applicants. We value high attendance, chilled attitude, adult mind set, ready for raiding both player and its characters.

Requirements to raiders:
- ability to communicate your complaints, plans and aspirations
- zero drama, positive attitude, respect and politeness;
- ability to work as a part of a team, organized and prepared;
- know your class and spec, able to receive criticism, ambitious to learn and improve;
- able to plan your life a week ahead and communicate about change of plans;
- working discord voice communication, gear ready for content, ready to use required tools and addons.

We do not use a questionnaire form, because we would like to take a personal approach to every single player. but we still would like to learn about your background and estimate your value as a player. Therefore when you apply, please let us know about your experience as a raider, your aspirations and expectations from your future raid team. If you have any logs that are not bound to the character you apply with, and you would like us to see them (from other characters or tiers) you can add links to them too.
If you fit our requirements, we will like to have chat with you. Therefore please be ready for a voice conversation with raid leader.
Social Members
We are always open to social members of all classes.
To join as a social member simply place an in-game application to Healer problem in guild finder. The first officer to see it will approve it asap, and you will find the guild invite in the guild finder next time you log in, if you are not online at the moment of the invite.
Make sure to join our discord as soon as you are in the guild to familiarize yourself with guild policies and for a better social experience. You will find the discord link in guild info. If you have any questions, complaints or suggestions at any moment of time, please, contact your social officer. We actively listen to our members, and try to make your time with us enjoyable.
