What you describe is worse for DPS players.
If my DPS team mates suck, I can replace them in the blink of an eye.
If the healer you wasted 30 minutes in LFG searching for sucks, you either stick with him and lose, or waste another 30 minutes trying to find another.
yeah its pretty fun, specially if you farm mounts, the difficult people are just part of the game, i guess, but i’m too old to take that stuff seriously

Swapping to kick clone, body-blocking traps, etc.
When they bursting, Stun, fear, disarm, slow intervene ect.

At duelist rating, my team mates still don’t kick Repentance when I’m HOJ’d.
That one is the most annoying.
I don’t get why Mistweavers having Song of Chi’ji was too much, but Repentance is okay.
HOJ + Rep is ranged and safe, whereas Leg Sweep + Song is melee and risky.

You can still play Song, you just lose Ring of peace.
If you want a somewhat cool play you throw a song from range towards an enemy healer and then incap him so the song cloud reaches him. Most of the time it is reliable, but it isn’t as long range as one would like it to be.

Healing is super fun even when under pressure if your team knows what’s happening.
Healing is unfun and frustrating when you heal headless chicken players who can’t see above their action bar.

Healing is literally only fun when your team is trading defensives properly and you are able to do anything other than healing. Like CC and dmg.
Which is why healers dont queue Solo Shuffle - you’re reduced to a healbot that sweats enough to fill up the Sahara desert in a day
