Help with a macro

Hello Guys, I am having trouble creating a macro. I want ones that when Press it once it cast cleanse of party member 1, When i hold CTRL, it casts BOP and when i press alt, it casts blessing of Sanct. Cany anyone help please?

Or was only the cleanse supposed to go on party1? Then remove the first two party1s.
