I wanted to finish the " hidden dealings " quest but map shows somewhere to compete the quest
But there is nobody in there in the map quest marker shows
I found this on Wowhead, maybe it will help you
If you miss this quest at first, and take/complete it after Lucille and Marshal Reade leave Arom’s Stand, you will need to continue to Watchman’s Rise to hand it in. The quest marker turnin will show at Arom’s Stand on the map until you meet them at Watchman’s Rise.
Fixed the problem
Problem is Lucille Waycrest is on different place the marker points Lucille Waycrest but there is no Lucille Waycrest on the quest marker
Lucille Waycrest is near enterance of the waycrest dungeon door
