I am opening this thread as it has become highly inconvenient for me as a player to use your services. For a long time I have been experiencing occasional disconnections, mostly in Arena matches, but everywhere. I managed to gather some traces which point out to problems from your infrastructure. I contacted my ISP multiple times and we have cleared the possibility that this is their fault. I am as well not having issues using other internet consuming services.
