I think this Talent needs a change for Holy. In Addition to smite, it should work for Holy fire too.

Your damaging holy spells for example. in higher Keys i barely am able to cast Smite. This addition would help Holy Priests, especially Oracle a lot and prevent beeing OOM 24/7
