Don’t really know where to ask. Do these two talents interact with our tier set at all? are the supposed to? The recommended build (wowhead) doesn’t take this talent, is there any reason why? because, if it does work with our tier set, and our pom then shouldn’t this be a good talent?
Like, after testing them, I can see that rapid recovery works, the renew applied with this talent while using my holy words have the increased healing but don’t have the -3secs duration. Whereas the empowered renew has no interaction at all unless you manually use renew.
