About the Guild:
Nothing Reserved has been around since early November. The guild is an international one, comprised of 10+ nationalities.
We are running a loot council based on rolls as to avoid marginal decision-making. Our deliberations when selecting players that will be able to roll for certain items are based on the following: a) Current gear set, b) the loot spreadsheet outlined in every class channel on discord (these are made in correspondence with all our raiders).
Full transparency is our motto, in practice this implies that all our players will know how decisions are being made and what they will have to do in order to improve and excel according to our standards.
Goals:
I terms of the goals that we set up we have some fundamental ones, the first being: Having Fun and providing a chilled and joyful environment for all of our raiders, the second being; clearing the content in an efficient manner. These, outlined ideals, are best fulfilled when everyone shares the workload of establishing a raiding environment apt for progressing. We therefore require all of our raiders to run full consumables for every raid. Moreover, we are also sentient to the importance of world buffs, especially for our DPS and Tanks.
